Tosha Rae's desire to help people and extreme attention to detail led her to embark on a legal practice that allows her to utilize the law to solve real life problems and further client dreams. She provides exacting and thorough legal services to clients of Hightower Reff Law.
Raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa, Tosha Rae earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln College of Law in 2011, after graduating in 2007 from Doane College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications. During her time at Doane College, Tosha Rae worked for the college newspaper, The Doane Owl. Throughout her time at Doane College and prior to attending law school, Tosha Rae worked for the Lincoln Journal Star and the Sioux City Journal.
Tosha Rae is passionate about helping people. She has worked in private practice both as a law clerk and since obtaining her law license. She has served as a court visitor on many cases involving adult disabled persons and helped families navigate the probate system when facing the passing of a loved one. Tosha Rae enjoys being a member of the Nebraska Bar and is a member of the 2017-2018 Nebraska Bar Leadership Academy.
Tosha Rae previously taught as an adjunct professor at the College of Saint Mary, teaching legal writing as part of the college's paralegal program. With Tosha Rae's background in print media and communications, she is passionate about legal writing and research.
When she isn't working, Tosha Rae enjoys cooking, baking, cheering on the Huskers, and spending time with her family, including her husband and two children.
