In most cases, full-service representation is best, but in some, limited scope (also called "unbundled" or "a la carte" legal services) may be an option. If you hire Hightower Reff Law for limited scope legal services, we will do some of the work on your case, and you will do some of the work. For example, we may only represent you at certain hearings, or we may only draft pleadings for you. The rest of the work on your case would be up to you.
We don't advise clients to use limited scope representation in all cases. If you think limited scope legal representation may be an option for you, the first step is to call Hightower Reff Law to schedule an initial consultation. At that meeting, we will provide you with an analysis of your individual circumstances, and counsel you about whether limited scope legal representation might suit your needs.
More information on limited scope legal representation can be found on the Nebraska Supreme Court's website.
